Refund and Returns Policy
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in the same condition you received it
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked Final Sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item (if possible)
We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will email you confirmation that your return was received
- We will notify you whether your refund is approved
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Refund processing times:
- Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days
- Banks may require additional processing time
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing delays are common)
- Contact your bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact:

I loved this book. There were battles but not the jammed packed ones as in the other books. I think the kidnapping wasn’t necessary to the story. And although I loved the ending, it seemed abrupt to me. Is she going to talk with the people to tell her side of the story just so the transition to Roger is more accepted? Also, I wish there was another book in the series. Author, if you can’t find a publisher, make it an ebook please. Great sci-fi series.
