Robert Adams
Robert Adams (1933–1990) was an American science fiction and fantasy author, best known for his Horseclans series. This post-apocalyptic saga, starting with The Coming of the Horseclans (1975), is set in a future where immortal mutants and nomadic clans navigate a world reshaped by catastrophe. Adams also wrote the Castaways in Time series, blending time travel and alternate history. His works are noted for their detailed world-building, action-packed narratives, and exploration of themes like civilization versus barbarism.
