Refund and Returns Policy

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be in the same condition you received it
• Item must be unused
• Item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Sale or clearance items
• Items marked Final Sale
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged item (if possible)

We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We will email you confirmation that your return was received
• We will notify you whether your refund is approved
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refund processing times:

• Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days
• Banks may require additional processing time

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company (processing delays are common)
3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

• We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking

Bulk Purchase Discount Policy

We offer automatic discounts when you purchase multiple eligible paperback books in a single order.

Bulk Discount Tiers

The following discounts apply to individual paperback books (excluding bulk lots or multi-book listings):

Bulk discounts apply only to:

• Individual paperback books
• Regular priced items

Bulk discounts do not apply to:

• Book lots or bulk listings
• Box sets sold as one item
• Clearance or special sale items (unless stated)
• Hardcover books (unless specifically noted)

Shipping Policy for Bulk Orders

To better protect your order during delivery:

• Orders containing 4 or more books will typically be shipped in a box
• Smaller orders may be shipped in padded mailers
• We take extra care in packaging to prevent damage during shipping

Additional Notes

• Discounts apply per order (not across multiple orders)
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated
• We reserve the right to adjust bulk discount eligibility if items are returned
