I love to read
I read just about everything. Science Fiction, Fantasy, Thrillers, Historical fiction, Mysteries from authors like Isaac Asmiov, Matt Dinniman, John Jakes, David Weber, John Scalzi, Douglas Adams, David Drake, Robin Cook, James Patterson…. you get it. I read. Alot.
About 5 years ago I started to sell the books I read on various selling sites around the internet to feed by hobby of reading and collecting 1st edition hardbacks of my favorite worlds. On weekends I would go to swap meets, garage sales, book sales, from anyplace and anybody to read and then sell online.
I remember when I was 19 years old and I recevied John Jakes’ Love and War for Christmas in my stocking. Sure, I received other gifts from my parents but this is the book I was waiting for. I was going to pick it up later that week so it was a pleasant surprise that this came to me. I started at 10pm and finished it the next morning. Then the wait was on for the next book. Then came Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time series… talk about waiting for the next book to come.
I have recently discovered LITRPG. Matt Dinniman has a great series out called Dungeon Crawler Carl. Grusomely funny.
I started building this online bookstore in December 2021. I don’t think I will ever have a brick and mortar store. Books, games, hobbies and toys will be available to purchase.
