Fleer Baseball Cards
Fleer Baseball cards have a rich history, starting with their entry into the trading card market in the 1950s. Initially, Fleer focused on sets featuring retired players and baseball legends, such as the 1959 “Baseball’s Greatest” series dedicated to Ted Williams. However, Fleer gained prominence in 1981 when it released its first modern baseball card set featuring active MLB players, breaking Topps’ long-standing monopoly.
